| The Eggless Mermaid Cake |
I would like to share my recent creations with you. As always, these are not just eggless but also pure vegetarian!!!
Unlike past, chocolate mud cake dominated the scene.
This cake, which is dearest to me ,is called Mermaid Cake which I made for my daughter's bday party.
The rock on which the mermaid is sitting is chocolate mud cake and the rest is also chocolate cake.... but iced and layered with fresh cream. Eggless Fondant has been used to create the mermaid over a Barbie doll. This cake was decorated with home-made seashell chocolates and marine toys.

The other cake on which I really worked hard is black forest cake which was meant to welcome a new born baby .

Eggless Lemon Cake
|
The new flavour which I tried this time is "Lemon". The lemon cake is made up with fresh lemon juice and iced with lemon flavoured fresh cream .
